Testimonials

I cannot recommend Finding Your Paws enough! Abby's guidance has been absolutely invaluable in helping me understand exactly what my dog needed and the best steps to train her as a service dog. I had no idea where to begin, but Abby patiently explained every part of the process, from identifying my dog's strengths to walking me through building her skills in specific tasks for my needs.

Abby has been able to shown me how to train my dog for hearing assistance, preparing her for advanced tasks like monitoring blood sugar and blood pressure, as well as responding to seizures. Abby’s knowledge is impressive, and her techniques are practical and easy to follow. She tailored everything specifically to my dog and me, which made the training process both effective and enjoyable.

Whether you're training a dog for PTSD, wheelchair assistance, or any other type of service work, I have full confidence that Find Your Paws will give you the tools and support you need. I now feel completely empowered in my dog’s training, and I’m so grateful to Abby for setting us on the right path. Thank you!

Abby is a wonderful lady who train's helpers for the disabled.
I have Parkinson's and she trained Marko, my yellow lab to be my companion and helper.
Marko picks up things I drop, like my cane, wallet, phone, and other stuff.
Marko gets my shoe's, retrieves things.
He even pulls my socks off for me.
He does things I can't do for myself.
He has never had an accident in my house, store, or even flying in the plane .
If you need a service dog because of your disability, Abby is the best to make sure you are compatible with the dog and is trained for your specific needs.

"I first took training lessons from Abby several years ago. I had no experience training dogs and felt so unprepared, but Abby taught me everything I needed to know. She is patient, knowledgeable, and knows how to connect not only with the dogs but also their owners. With Abby’s help I was able to transform my foster dog with absolutely no training into a well behaved boy ready to be adopted. Now I have my own dog and I still call Abby for help! I can’t recommend her enough."
